the story
A couple went to Mykonos for holidays a year ago.
They were in love and had a fabulous time at this magnificent island!
When they visited Agios Ioannis beach and stayed at Hippie Chic hotel, they felt majestic!
That was it…..Nagy proposed to Stacey during a romantic dinner and there we are!

A year later, Nagy as a groom, Stacey as a bride, their friends and families and me as their wedding photographer! (thank you Stacey and Nagy for that).
What a beautiful and stylish venue! Summer aura, blue sky, sunny weather and sea breeze! The elements that escorted the wedding!
the schedule
Everything happened at the hotels premises.
Stacey and her bridesmaids got ready all together at their suite and Nagy just above at a small sunny loft room. That was very convenient for me as it was so easy to cover photographically both preparations and also all the other parts of the wedding.

We only walked a few meters outside the hotel just for the “wedding portraits” photo session!
Drinking, dancing, partying! That is the best description for the wedding reception!

A few words about Cyclades, Mykonos and Santorini…
The Cyclades (/ˈsɪklədiːz/; Greek: Κυκλάδες, [cikˈlaðes]) are an island group in the Aegean Sea, southeast of mainland Greece and a former administrative prefecture of Greece. They are one of the island groups which constitute the Aegean archipelago. The name refers to the islands around (κυκλάς) the sacred island of Delos. The largest island of the Cyclades is Naxos.
Mykonos (/ˈmɪkəˌnɒs/, /ˈmɪkəˌnoʊs/; Greek: Μύκονος [ˈmikonos]) is a Greek island, part of the Cyclades, lying between Tinos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. The island spans an area of 85.5 square kilometres (33.0 sq mi) and rises to an elevation of 341 metres (1,119 feet) at its highest point. There are 10,134 inhabitants (2011 census), most of whom live in the largest town, Mykonos, which lies on the west coast. The town is also known as Chora (i.e. the Town in Greek, following the common practice in Greece when the name of the island itself is the same as the name of the principal town).
Mykonos’ nickname is The island of the winds. Tourism is a major industry and Mykonos is well known for its vibrant nightlife and for being a gay-friendly destination with many establishments catering for the LGBT community.
